Your Account
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including chatbots you deploy and content you upload as training data.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, hateful, or infringing content in training data or generated responses.
- No attempts to reverse engineer or overload the platform.
- No use for spam, harassment, or fraudulent lead capture.
AI Output
AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on any output.
Billing & Credits
Usage-based charges accrue per token and per message. Estimated spend is displayed in your dashboard. You are responsible for reviewing usage before it exceeds your budget.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatpier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
